MySafilo FAQ
STEPS TO REGISTER
- Go to MySafilo and select Log In at the top
- Click Register Here to create your MySafilo account
- Enter your Account Number (User ID) and Postal Code
- Click Submit
- Enter your Email and create your Password
- Click on Complete Registration
- Check your email for an email from noreply@safilo.com
- Click on the Link in the email
- Your account is all setup. Go to MySafilo to Log In
STEPS TO PLACE AN ORDER
- Click on Catalog /Search in the menu bar to see options for ordering
- To show pricing click the Show Prices button
- Filter your search by clicking the Filter button
- Customize your search with various filters
- Select your criteria to search and click Apply Filters
- Browse through frames based on your search
- Add frames to the cart using the Add to Cart button
- Click on the Shopping Cart icon to see the frames you would like to purchase
- Click Go to Checkout if your selections are made
- Fill in the required fields:
- Select Shipping Method
- Enter Name of Buyer
- Enter Purchase Order Number or Order Reference (optional)
- Click Place Order to complete
- You will receive a copy of your order in your inbox. If you don't see the email address in your inbox, check your junk/spam email folders
STEPS TO TRACK AN ORDER
- Click on Account in the menu bar and select Order History/Returns
- Click on the respective order to see the shipment date/tracking info of each individual frame on the order
HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER
STEPS TO RETURN FRAMES
- Click on Account in the menu bar and select Order History/Returns
- Use the search bar to find the order that contains the style you want to return. Refine your search by using filters: Order #, Invoice #, Collection, Style or UPC
- Click on the arrow to the left of the order number to view the order detail
- Click on one of the following buttons next to the frame you would like to return:
- Warranty - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for warranty. This button is shown for 3 years
- Defective - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for defects. This button is shown for 30 days
- RX - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for RX. This button is shown for 30 days
- Shipping Error - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for a Shipping Error. This button is shown for 30 days
- Click on the Shopping Cart icon to see the frames you would like to return.
- Click Go to Checkout if your selections are made
- Fill in the required fields:
- Select Shipping Method
- Enter Name of Buyer
- Enter Purchase Order Number or Order Reference (optional)
- Click Submit Return to complete
- You will receive the return receipt email from 'noreply@safilo.com' with an optional attached prepaid UPS shipping label. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder
- Using the UPS/FedEx label is optional. If you choose to use the label, a one-time shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit. No shipping charge will be deducted if you do not use the label. Please Note: Shipping charge may vary depending on the box size.
- Print the return receipt email and label (if you are using the label)
- Include the printed return receipt email in the box with the frames you are returning and attach a shipping label to the outside of the box
- Note that for standard commercial returns, your sales rep must approve and issue a return authorization

STEPS TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD
- Go to MySafilo and select Log In at the top
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter your Account Number (User ID) and your Password
- Click Submit
- Check your email for an email from noreply@safilo.com
- Click on the Link in the email
- Create a New Password & Confirm
- Click Reset Password
- You are ready to Log In to MySafilo with your new password
- Now you're logged in and ready to explore MySafilo
STEPS TO SUBMIT A
DAILY CART
MySafilo offers a Daily Cart function to make ordering even easier with daily automated cart submission. To access Daily Cart function- Click on Account in the menu bar and select Profile menu
- To turn on the Daily Cart function, click on the enable Daily Cart checkbox
STEPS TO MAKE A PAYMENT
- Click on Account in the menu bar and select Make a Payment menu
- Scroll to bottom of the page and select Payment Method and Payment Account
- Click Continue
- If you don't have a stored payment method, fill in payment information:
- Name on Account
- Account Type
- Routing Number
- Account Number
- Bank Name
- Postal Code
- Click Continue
- Click Yes to store payment information for later use
- Your payment is confirmed
- Click on Account in the menu bar and select Payment History menu
- Your payments will show in chronological order
- Click on Use This Method
- Select a Payment Amount and click Continue
- Your payment is confirmed
- Your payments will show in chronological order
- Click on Account in the menu bar and select Payment History menu
- Your payments will show in chronological order
