STEPS TO REGISTER

  1. Go to MySafilo and select Log In at the top
  2. Click Register Here to create your MySafilo account
  3. Enter your Account Number (User ID) and Postal Code
  4. Click Submit
  5. Enter your Email and create your Password
  6. Click on Complete Registration
  7. Check your email for an email from noreply@safilo.com
  8. Click on the Link in the email
  9. Your account is all setup. Go to MySafilo to Log In

STEPS TO PLACE AN ORDER

  1. Click on Catalog /Search in the menu bar to see options for ordering
  2. To show pricing click the Show Prices button
  3. Filter your search by clicking the Filter button
  4. Customize your search with various filters
  5. Select your criteria to search and click Apply Filters
  6. Browse through frames based on your search
  7. Add frames to the cart using the Add to Cart button
  8. Click on the Shopping Cart icon to see the frames you would like to purchase
  9. Click Go to Checkout if your selections are made
  10. Fill in the required fields:
    • Select Shipping Method 
    • Enter Name of Buyer
    • Enter Purchase Order Number or Order Reference (optional)
  11. Click Place Order to complete
  12. You will receive a copy of your order in your inbox. If you don't see the email address in your inbox, check your junk/spam email folders

STEPS TO TRACK AN ORDER

  1. Click on Account in the menu bar and select Order History/Returns
  2. Click on the respective order to see the shipment date/tracking info of each individual frame on the order

STEPS TO RETURN FRAMES

  1. Click on Account in the menu bar and select Order History/Returns
  2. Use the search bar to find the order that contains the style you want to return. Refine your search by using filters: Order #, Invoice #, Collection, Style or UPC
  3. Click on the arrow to the left of the order number to view the order detail
  4. Click on one of the following buttons next to the frame you would like to return:
    • Warranty - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for warranty.  This button is shown for 3 years
    • Defective - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for defects. This button is shown for 30 days
    • RX - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for RX. This button is shown for 30 days
    • Shipping Error - the selected style is added to the cart like a return for a Shipping Error. This button is shown for 30 days
  5. Click on the Shopping Cart icon to see the frames you would like to return.
  6. Click Go to Checkout if your selections are made
  7. Fill in the required fields:
    • Select Shipping Method
    • Enter Name of Buyer 
    • Enter Purchase Order Number or Order Reference (optional)
  8. Click Submit Return to complete
  9. You will receive the return receipt email from 'noreply@safilo.com' with an optional attached prepaid UPS shipping label. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder
  10. Using the UPS/FedEx label is optional. If you choose to use the label, a one-time shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit. No shipping charge will be deducted if you do not use the label. Please Note: Shipping charge may vary depending on the box size.
  11. Print the return receipt email and label (if you are using the label)
  12. Include the printed return receipt email in the box with the frames you are returning and attach a shipping label to the outside of the box
  13. Note that for standard commercial returns, your sales rep must approve and issue a return authorization

STEPS TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

  1. Go to MySafilo and select Log In at the top
  2. Click on Forgot Password
  3. Enter your Account Number (User ID) and your Password
  4. Click Submit
  5. Check your email for an email from noreply@safilo.com
  6. Click on the Link in the email
  7. Create a New Password & Confirm
  8. Click Reset Password
  9. You are ready to Log In to MySafilo with your new password
  10. Now you're logged in and ready to explore MySafilo

STEPS TO SUBMIT A

DAILY CART

MySafilo offers a Daily Cart function to make ordering even easier with daily automated cart submission. To access Daily Cart function
  1. Click on Account in the menu bar and select Profile menu
  2. To turn on the Daily Cart function, click on the enable Daily Cart checkbox
While the Daily Cart is enabled MySafilo will automatically order any frames in your cart. No need to go in and submit your order. MySafilo will do it for you. The Daily Cart is automatically submitted at 2:00 pm ET Monday-Friday. You can verify whether the Daily Cart function is turned on or off at the top of your cart. To turn off the Daily Cart Re-Click on the Enable Daily Cart checkbox

STEPS TO MAKE A PAYMENT

  1. Click on Account in the menu bar and select Make a Payment menu
  2. Scroll to bottom of the page and select Payment Method and Payment Account
  3. Click Continue
  4. If you don't have a stored payment method, fill in payment information:
    • Name on Account
    • Account Type
    • Routing Number
    • Account Number
    • Bank Name
    • Postal Code
  5. Click Continue
  6. Click Yes to store payment information for later use
  7. Your payment is confirmed
  8. Click on Account in the menu bar and select Payment History menu
  9. Your payments will show in chronological order
To use a stored payment method:
  1. Click on Use This Method
  2. Select a Payment Amount and click Continue
  3. Your payment is confirmed
  4. Your payments will show in chronological order
  5. Click on Account in the menu bar and select Payment History menu
  6. Your payments will show in chronological order
